From knowing to experiencing.
Live from the inside out.
Progression Flow Lab explores the relationship between body, breath, nervous system, and lived experience through somatic practice, breathwork, movement, and embodied awareness.
A space to slow down, notice what you’re experiencing, and develop greater awareness from the inside out.
Embodiment · Well Being · Human Performance · Connection
We spend so much of our lives learning how to understand ourselves.
We learn our patterns.
We analyze our emotions.
We explain our experiences.
We learn to perform, adapt, achieve and keep going.
And sometimes, we can understand ourselves incredibly well
without actually feeling connected to ourselves.
There’s more to you than you can think your way through.
What happens when knowing becomes experiencing?
Awareness
Notice.
Sensations. Emotions. Patterns. Needs. Responses. Awareness creates the possibility for choice.
Embodiment
Experience.
Let what you discover become part of how you move through the world.
This is where embodiment becomes a way of living.
Expand.
Move beyond intellectual knowing and into the lived experience of your body.
Capacity
Integration
Live it.
Develop greater capacity to stay present, respond, recover, adapt, and meet what arises.
Why Progression Flow Lab?
Progression isn't always about moving forward.
Sometimes growth looks like slowing down.
Resting.
Feeling.
Trying again.
It's about developing the awareness and capacity to meet yourself—and life—as it changes.
Flow lives in the relationship between opposites and the fluidity to move between them.
Effort and ease.
Activation and rest.
Challenge and recovery.
Doing and being.
Flow isn't about staying in one state. It's about developing the awareness and capacity to respond as your internal and external environment changes.
Lab is intentional.
It's a place to get curious.
To explore.
To experiment.
To notice what happens.
Progression Flow Lab is a place to get curious about how the body responds, adapts, and experiences the world.
The body isn't a problem to solve.
It's a place to listen.
The body offers another way of knowing.
For years, I studied the body through science—learning how living systems adapt, respond, survive, and thrive.
But over time, I began to understand that not everything meaningful can be quantified.
Some things are meant to be experienced.
Movement introduced me to the body as something I could feel, not simply understand.
Breathwork taught me to notice what existed beneath thought. Somatic practice showed me that awareness can begin with sensation.
Reiki introduced another way of working with attention, presence, and rest.
Together, these experiences changed how I understand wellbeing. Not simply as something to optimize.
But as something to experience.
Science taught me how to study the body.
Somatic practices taught me how to experience it.
Ways to work together
1:1 Somatic Work
A one-on-one space to explore body awareness, breath, nervous system patterns, sensation, and lived experience through somatic practice.
Somatic practice · Body Awareness · Breathwork · Reiki · Nervous-System · Embodiment
Movement and Breathwork
Use movement and breath as pathways into greater awareness of your body and internal state. Practices may explore mobility, strength, balance, proprioception, breath, and nervous-system states—helping you move with greater awareness and respond to what your body needs.
Movement · Breathwork · Mobility · Proprioception · Awareness · Embodiment
Human Performance
Performance is more than output. It depends on your ability to mobilize, focus, adapt, recover, and respond under pressure. Progression Flow Lab brings somatic awareness, movement, breathwork, and nervous-system education into performance to help athletes and high performers build sustainable capacity.
Performance · Focus · Recovery · Nervous System · Adaptation · Capacity
Workshops & Retreats
Experiential spaces to explore the body through movement, breathwork, education, and reflection. These longer-form experiences create an opportunity to step out of your usual pace, learn through direct experience, and bring new awareness back into everyday life.
Movement · Breathwork · Education · Somatic Practice · Reflection · Integration
There's more to you than what you can think your way through.
You may understand yourself intellectually—your patterns, your habits, your stories, the things you want to change—and still feel like something deeper is asking to be experienced.
This work is for you if you’re curious about what becomes possible when you begin to listen to your body as another source of information.
Maybe you’re:
Living mostly from the neck up and wanting to reconnect with sensation, breath, movement, and presence.
Moving through a season of change and looking for space to slow down, listen, and find your footing.
Carrying stress or responsibility and wanting to develop greater capacity to respond, recover, and rest.
Wanting a more informed and responsive relationship with your own body.
Curious about what changes when you begin paying closer attention to your body's signals.
An athlete, performer, or high-achiever wanting to explore what sustainable performance feels like from the inside—not just how it looks from the outside.
Working through patterns or experiences that you understand cognitively but want to explore on a deeper, embodied level.
You don't have to know exactly what you're looking for.
You can begin with curiosity.
A willingness to notice.
A willingness to listen.
A willingness to experience.
This is a space to notice what your body is communicating—and learn how to respond.
Testimonials
“My experience with Progression Flow Lab was nothing like I’ve ever experienced before. The feeling of being completely centered and aware of my body calmed more than anything else I’ve ever done. Being a dedicated athlete, my body and mind always feel tight and stressed. This experience helped me get away from the pressure of my surroundings and reconnect with my body. Overall, no matter who you are, trying this program will help you not only center yourself physically, but also mentally.”

Meet Lisa
For years, biology taught me to look at the body from the outside—to observe, measure, analyze, and understand.
Yoga invited me into a different relationship with it.
Breathwork taught me to listen.
Somatic practice taught me to notice.
And over time, I began to see a connection between the things I had spent years studying and the things I was now learning through direct experience.
Today, I bring those worlds together.
Science + Soma Performance + Presence
Understanding + Experience
Grounded in science. Rooted in experience.
Progression Flow Lab brings together scientific understanding with embodied practice.
My work is informed by biology, yoga, trauma-informed breathwork, somatic practice, and nervous-system education.
