🌱 Movement

👉Intro to Yoga

No prior yoga experience is required.

This supportive, slower-paced class introduces foundational yoga postures and simple flow sequences, including Sun Salutations. Through repetition and breath-based movement, students build familiarity, confidence, and connection to their bodies.

Beyond the physical practice, students are invited to slow down, build self-awareness, and explore yoga as a grounding practice for both body and mind.

👉All Levels Yoga

Designed for students with some prior yoga experience, this class moves through dynamic, themed flow sequences that connect breath with movement.

Classes may explore themes such as grounding, presence, and meeting yourself where you are. The rhythmic pace of the practice supports students in accessing a more focused, embodied flow state while strengthening the mind–body connection.

🌬️ Breathwork

👉Embodied Release

A deeper, more activating breathwork experience designed to support emotional release, nervous system awareness, and connection to the body.

Through conscious connected breathing, participants are invited to explore what’s being held internally and meet it with presence, choice, and support—without needing to analyze or explain.

This trauma-informed offering may support:

nervous system regulation

emotional processing

increased self-awareness

grounding and resilience

Available in both group settings and one-on-one sessions.

Drop out of your mind and into your body.
Breathe, release, and reconnect.

🏐 Athlete Support

👉Sport Specific Yoga

This offering is designed to support athletes in moving, performing, and recovering with greater balance, awareness, and resilience.

For each sport, Lisa researches common injury patterns, biomechanical demands, and the primary muscle groups most frequently engaged. From this foundation, she creates intentional movement sequences designed to improve mobility, support recovery, reduce injury risk, and build body awareness.

Sessions help athletes reconnect with their bodies not only for performance—but for regulation, focus, and longevity.

👉Performance Reset

Through grounding breathwork, visualization, and gentle somatic awareness practices, participants learn how to pause, notice what’s happening internally, and return to a greater sense of steadiness and focus.

Emphasis is placed on choice, self-awareness, and building trust in one’s ability to regulate, reset, and respond rather than react.

These tools are practical, accessible, and transferable—supporting emotional regulation, resilience, recovery, and performance both in everyday life and high-pressure environments.
