Intro to Yoga

No prior yoga experience required. This introductory course moves at a slower, supportive pace and teaches foundational yoga poses along with simple flow sequences, including Sun Salutations. Practicing these sequences in repetition helps students settle into a calm, meditative rhythm while building familiarity and confidence.

Sun Salutations offer a range of benefits—enhanced breathing capacity, improved flexibility, strengthened muscles, boosted energy, and reduced stress and anxiety.

Students learn that yoga is more than the physical practice; it’s a pathway to self-study, self-awareness, and grounding. Each class begins with guided meditation and grounding  breathwork to help students fully arrive in their bodies and cultivate presence for the rest of the session.

All Levels Yoga

This course is designed for students with some prior yoga experience and moves at a more dynamic pace. Classes explore themed flow sequences centered around concepts like the chakras, grounding, presence, and meeting yourself exactly where you are. The pace and structure of the flow support students in accessing a “flow state,” linking breath with movement to strengthen the mind–body connection and deepen inward facing awareness.

Each session begins with guided meditation and grounding breathwork to help students fully arrive in the space—mind and body—before moving into the practice.

Sports Specific Yoga Flow

This sport-specific yoga offering is designed to support teams and coaches who want their athletes to move, perform, and recover with greater intelligence, balance, and presence. For each sport, Lisa researches common injury patterns, biomechanical demands, and the primary and secondary muscle groups most often engaged. From this foundation, she creates intentionally crafted flows that both strengthen and open the body—enhancing mobility, reducing injury risk, and nurturing the mind–body connection essential for sustainable, elevated performance.

Once a sport-specific program is established, it can be offered as a team experience or adapted for individual athletes who want more personalized support.

Each session begins with guided meditation and grounding breathwork to help students fully arrive in the space—mind and body—before moving into the practice.

The Performance Reset

This is a non-movement, breathwork-centered offering designed to help individuals reconnect with their inner landscape through the power of conscious breath. Breathwork has been shown to regulate the nervous system, facilitate deep emotional release, increase inner awareness and personal agency. Research has shown the benefits of breathwork to include easing symptoms of grief, anxiety, depression, emotional numbness and PTSD.

Through grounding breathing practices, visualization, and gentle body awareness, participants learn how to pause, notice what’s happening internally, and return to a sense of steadiness. Emphasis is placed on choice, self-agency, and building trust in their own capacity to settle, refocus, and respond rather than react.

These tools are practical, accessible, and transferable—supporting emotional regulation, mental resilience, and performance both in daily life and in high-pressure environments.

Embodied Release

Breathwork has been shown to regulate the nervous system, support trauma-informed healing without re-traumatization, facilitate deep emotional release, and increase inner awareness and personal agency. Research and lived experience alike reflect its ability to ease symptoms of anxiety, grief, depression, emotional numbness, and PTSD—creating space for grounded clarity and emotional resilience.

This offering is available in both group settings and one-on-one sessions for those seeking a more personalized and supported experience.

Drop out of your mind and into your body. Breathe, release and reconnect, in a supportive, trauma informed space. Reset and rewire your nervous system—one conscious breath at a time. This is a deeper, more activating breathwork experience designed for adults seeking emotional release, nervous system awareness, and a stronger connection to their inner experience. Through conscious connected breathing, you’re invited to explore what’s held in the body and meet it with presence, choice, and support—without needing to analyze or explain.
