Meet Lisa:

Lisa blends science, somatics, and lived experience to create grounded, trauma-informed spaces for nervous system regulation, embodiment, and self-connection.

With a background in biology, athletics, yoga, and somatic breathwork, her work bridges performance and presence—supporting both athletes and everyday individuals from the inside out.
