From knowing to experiencing.
Live from the inside out.
Progression Flow Lab explores the relationship between body, breath, nervous system, and lived experience through somatic practice, breathwork, movement, and embodied awareness.
A space to slow down, listen inward, and develop a deeper relationship with yourself.
Healing · Human Performance · Embodiment · Connection
We spend so much of our lives learning how to understand ourselves.
We learn our patterns.
Analyze our emotions.
Explain our experiences.
Push through discomfort.
Adapt. Achieve. Keep going.
What happens when knowing becomes experiencing?
The body offers another way of knowing.
For years, I studied the body through science—learning how living systems adapt, respond, survive, and thrive.
But over time, I began to understand that not everything meaningful can be quantified.
Some things are meant to be experienced.
Movement introduced me to the body as something I could feel, not simply understand.
Breathwork taught me to notice what existed beneath thought. Somatic practice showed me that awareness can begin with sensation.
Reiki offered another doorway into presence, rest, and connection.
Together, these experiences changed how I understand wellbeing. Not simply as something to optimize.
But as something to experience.
Science taught me how to study the body.
Somatic practices taught me how to experience it.
Awareness
Notice.
Sensations. Emotions. Patterns. Needs. Responses.
Awareness creates the possibility for choice.
Capacity
Expand.
Develop greater capacity to regulate, recover, adapt, connect, meet challenge, and remain present.
New!Embodiment
Experience.
Move beyond intellectual knowing and into the lived experience of your body.
Integration
Live it.
Let what you discover become part of how you move through the world.
This is where embodiment becomes a way of living.

Retreats & Immersive Experiences
Longer-form experiences designed to create space for movement, reflection, connection, and deeper exploration.
There's more to you than what you can think your way through.
You may understand yourself intellectually—your patterns, your habits, your stories, the things you want to change—and still feel like something deeper is asking to be experienced.
This work is for you if you’re curious about what becomes possible when you begin to listen to your body as another source of information.
Maybe you’re:
Living mostly from the neck up and wanting to reconnect with sensation, breath, movement, and presence.
Moving through a season of change and looking for space to slow down, listen, and find your footing.
Carrying stress or responsibility and wanting to develop greater capacity for regulation, recovery, and rest.
An athlete, performer, or high-achiever wanting to explore what sustainable performance feels like from the inside—not just how it looks from the outside.
Working through patterns or experiences that you understand cognitively but want to explore on a deeper, embodied level.
Seeking greater connection with yourself, your body, and the people around you.
Simply curious about yourself and what it might feel like to experience your life more fully through the body.
You don't have to know exactly what you're looking for.
You can begin with curiosity.
A willingness to notice.
A willingness to listen.
A willingness to experience.
This is a space to explore what your body already knows.
Testimonials
“My experience with Progression Flow Lab was nothing like I’ve ever experienced before. The feeling of being completely centered and aware of my body calmed more than anything else I’ve ever done. Being a dedicated athlete, my body and mind always feel tight and stressed. This experience helped me get away from the pressure of my surroundings and reconnect with my body. Overall, no matter who you are, trying this program will help you not only center yourself physically, but also mentally.”

Meet Lisa
For years, biology taught me to look at the body from the outside—to observe, measure, analyze, and understand.
Yoga invited me into a different relationship with it.
Breathwork taught me to listen.
Somatic practice taught me to notice.
And over time, I began to see a connection between the things I had spent years studying and the things I was now learning through direct experience.
Today, I bring those worlds together.
Science + Soma Performance + Presence

Progression Flow Lab brings together scientific understanding with embodied practice.
My work is informed by biology, yoga, trauma-informed breathwork, somatic practice, and nervous-system education.
